On-going support packages

Telephone and email support is available in either 2, 4 or 8 hour packages. These are not mandatory at the time of set up and can be a later addition. These packages include:

• Advice and consultation on how to effectively use Google Apps
• Integration of Google Apps into other solutions, from Shopify to Xero 
• Help with setting up new users
• Manage security and sharing settings
• How to use Google Drive, Google Sites, Google Docs
• Updating sub-domains
• Administration panel questions
• How to add or disable services for users

What we don’t support

• On-going billing for your Google apps users – we let you retain that relationship direct with Google
• Broadband (Internet connection) issues - please contact your ISP
• Configuration of Google Apps services on devices (Google provides step by step online tutorials for iPhones, Androids, email clients etc)
• Downtime of Google Apps. You can monitor Google Apps status here:
